Student Satisfaction Survey

1. Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the implementation and analysis of the Student Satisfaction Survey, a key component of our commitment to continuous improvement and the enhancement of the overall student experience at Shri Anand College, Pathardi.

2. Objectives:

      • To systematically gather feedback from students regarding various aspects of their academic and campus experience.

      • To identify areas of strength and areas that require improvement based on student perspectives.

      • To inform decision-making processes and facilitate evidence-based enhancements to the quality of education and support services.

    3. Scope:

    This policy applies to all undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled at Shri Anand College, Pathardi.

    4. Survey Design:

    The survey shall cover the following key areas:

        • Academic Experience

        • Support Services

        • Facilities and Infrastructure

        • Communication

        • Inclusivity and Diversity

        • Extracurricular Activities

        • Overall Satisfaction

      The survey questions will be a mix of quantitative (multiple-choice, rating scales

          • The survey will be administered annually at the end of each academic year.

          • The survey period will be communicated in advance, and participation will be voluntary and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.

          • The SSS is collected through online mechanism with the help of college website using questionnaire about services.

          • The IQAC will collaborate with relevant departments to ensure widespread participation.

        6. Data Analysis:

            • The IQAC will collate and analyse the survey data using appropriate statistical methods.

            • A comprehensive report will be generated, highlighting key findings and trends.

            • The results will be shared with relevant stakeholders, including academic departments and administrative units.

          7. Action Plan:

          Based on the survey findings, action plans will be developed to address areas of improvement.

          The IQAC will work closely with departments to implement and monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

          8. Continuous Feedback Loop:

          The Student Satisfaction Survey process will be an iterative one, with feedback received in one cycle informing improvements for the next.

          9. Confidentiality and Transparency:

          Survey responses will be kept confidential, and aggregated results will be shared with the broader university community.

          Steps will be taken to ensure the anonymity of participants.

          10. Review and Revision:

          This policy will be reviewed annually by the IQAC to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

          Revisions will be made as necessary to align with the evolving needs of the College.
