Our Commitment
The college is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or ragging and are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our students, faculty, and staff.
Definitions
Harassment: Unwanted conduct that violates an individual’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.
Discrimination: Treating someone less favorably because of their race, color, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
Ragging: Any form of physical or mental abuse, including bullying or intimidation, directed at new or vulnerable students.

Confidentiality
Reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. We are committed to protecting the privacy and rights of all individuals involved.
Investigation and Resolution
Upon receipt of a report, an impartial investigation will be conducted. Disciplinary actions will be taken against any individual found to have violated our policies on harassment, discrimination, or ragging.
Prevention and Awareness
The college is dedicated to preventing harassment, discrimination, and ragging through educational programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns. We believe that a well-informed community is key to creating a respectful and inclusive campus.
